Planning
Together with your personal local contact person, an individual exhibition stand design as well as a time and cost plan will be worked out. Your contact person is already working closely with the ospi on site.
Organisation
We look into any customs requirements, check the assembly rules and register the technical equipment.
Project Handover
We ospi all speak one language. This ensures that everything runs smoothly when it is handed over to the country abroad. The ospi on site receives the stand data and details on the basis of our standardized process flow including all required octanorm system components with internationally uniform names.
Stand Assembly
We organize the smooth process, from the optimal transport route to on-site logistics to structured assembly - Everything in accordance with the applicable guidelines at the respective exhibition site. Also we take care of other services during the events, such as booth staff or interpreters.
Completion
Before the start of the event, your contact person will personally hand over your completely furnished exhibition stand.
