《电气设备法》（ElektroG）第7a条回收方案

根据欧洲议会和欧盟理事会关于废弃电气和电子设备（WEEE）的第2002/96/EC号欧盟指令，或该指令的修订版第2012/19/EU号欧盟指令，制造商有义务收集废弃电气和电子设备，按照法规进行处理和处置，并为该过程提供资金。根据德国适用的《电气和电子设备法》（ElektroG），每位制造商都有义务为非私人家庭用户提供合理的旧设备回收渠道。

Octanorm-Vertriebs-GmbH 对自身产品承担责任，并在产品使用后将其纳入高质量的回收流程。对于在商业或公共机构中使用的设备——即所谓的 B2B 设备——我们已为您提供了便捷的回收和处置解决方案。

OCTANORM-Vertriebs-GmbH 将回收废弃电气和电子设备，并组织对其进行再利用、回收和资源化处理。OCTANORM-Vertriebs-GmbH 将承担最初投入流通的产品在处理、回收和资源化过程中的所有费用。作为交换，OCTANORM-Vertriebs-GmbH 要求客户承担旧设备的退货运输费用。
